The LP100.23.360D is the high-pressure model of the TRUEMAX truck-mounted concrete line pump range — a pump on a 4×2 truck that drives itself to site and delivers concrete through a pipeline rather than a boom. It pumps up to 100 m³/h and reaches 23 MPa concrete pressure, the higher-pressure of the two line-pump models, driven by a 360 HP Cummins engine through a DN150 outlet. That pressure is what lets it push concrete up taller risers and over more demanding pipeline runs than a standard line pump, while still working in the tight access and long-distance situations where a boom pump cannot go.

Of the two TRUEMAX line pumps, the LP100.23.360D is built for pressure: its Φ200 mm cylinder runs at up to 23 MPa for taller lifts, where the LP100.18.253D uses a larger Φ230 bore at 18 MPa for higher volume and distance. The brochure positions both for mid- to high-rise building work. Built and tested in our own factory in Haining, the LP100.23.360D runs an open hydraulic circuit on a Dongfeng or Sinotruk chassis and is backed by ISO 9001:2015 and CE certification and service in more than 120 countries.

Is it truck-mounted or a trailer pump?

How high can it pump concrete?

How a line pump works in the concrete chain

A truck-mounted line pump is a delivery link in the concrete chain. Concrete is produced at a batching plant, hauled to site by a concrete truck mixer, and then pushed by the pump through a pipeline to the pour. The LP100.23.360D drives to site, parks, and feeds a line of steel pipe and rubber hose — up a riser to a concrete placing boom for building floors, or along the ground for horizontal work.
