Both. You can order an individual machine - a single boom pump, mixer or batching plant - or a complete jobsite package combining pumping, placing, batching, mixing and hoisting, matched to one project and supported by one service team.
High-rise residential and commercial towers, bridges, tunnels, roads, large infrastructure, ready-mix supply and precast production. Our equipment has worked on projects including the Qatar Rail metro, Lusail Stadium and large high-rise developments across the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia.
We are headquartered in Hangzhou with our production base in Haining and more than ten overseas offices. We supply equipment, spare parts and on-site service to contractors and project owners in over 120 countries.
We are a manufacturer. Established in 2003, we design, build and load-test our equipment at our own factory in Haining, China, covering the full process from laser cutting and CNC bending through welding, shot blasting, painting and final assembly. You deal with the factory directly on price, configuration and lead time.
Extend the vertical outriggers in two stages, not one, to avoid scoring the cylinder, and set the truck on firm, level ground with full outrigger spread. Unfold and fold the boom in the sequence and to the angles in the manual, keep it clear of rebar, obstacles and the ground, and avoid single-side overloading or operating in high wind. Following the deployment procedure prevents most boom and outrigger damage.
Don't pump an over-stiff, low-slump mix, and screen the feed so no oversize stone or long rebar enters the hopper. Wash the pump out with clean water after every pour to clear the hopper, S-tube and lines before concrete sets. If a line blocks, clear it by reversing the pump to draw the plug back toward the hopper - never force it forward at high pressure.
Keep the automatic lubrication system filled with the correct 00# lithium grease, and grease the S-tube wear sleeve, swing shaft and all pin-joint points on schedule. On placing booms, batching plants and mixer trucks, grease the bearings, swing rings and rollers monthly, and periodically check and re-tighten pin lock-nuts, pipe clamps and drive-shaft bolts. Most noise, wear and won't-move issues come from missed greasing or loose fasteners.
For pumping machines, change the hydraulic oil at roughly every 1,200 operating hours and do not let it run past about 1,500 hours. Use clean oil of the specified grade, never mix different oil brands or grades, and never run the pump dry - most hydraulic faults trace back to contaminated, water-laden or over-aged oil rather than the components themselves.
Yes. The default is 380 V / 50 Hz, with other voltages and frequencies on request, and engines are configured from Euro II to Euro V. Confirm your registration and fuel-quality requirements when you order - these are configurable options set before production, not afterthoughts.
Every machine is built and load-tested in-house. Booms undergo 100% non-destructive testing, and complete units - including chassis mounting, PTO integration and full-vehicle function - are tested and commissioned before they leave the factory, so you receive a ready-to-work unit.
Boom sections are made from imported high-strength low-alloy steel with a yield strength above 900 MPa, and every boom passes 100% non-destructive weld testing. Core components are well-known brands - Rexroth or Kawasaki main hydraulics, Cummins or Deutz engines, German STIEBEL PTO systems, chrome-plated delivery cylinders, and rigid-alloy cutting rings and glass plates on the wear path.
CE and ISO 9001:2015 across the range, with SGS inspection, and engines configured to Euro II-V emission standards. Voltage and frequency are built to your market's standard so the unit meets local registration and operating requirements.
Units are packed for international shipping and dispatched FOB or CIF as agreed. We can supply spare-parts kits with the order and quote installation, commissioning and operator training, dispatching our overseas service teams to your jobsite where needed.
Boom length and output, chassis brand (SINOTRUK, FAW, Shacman, Dongfeng and others), emission level (Euro II-V), voltage and frequency, control system (TRUEMAX or Italian Elettrondata Betonwin), and component brands for the mixer, hydraulics and electricals. Send your site conditions and we will configure the unit to suit.
We ship FOB or CIF to your destination port, and confirm payment terms with your order. Packing, spare-parts kits, installation, commissioning and operator training are quoted to the specific project. Tell us your destination port and we will confirm terms and timing.
It depends on the model and how much customization is involved: standard configurations are quicker to deliver, while customized chassis, control systems or emission packages take longer. We confirm a firm lead time when we issue your quote.
For pumps, keep a cutting ring, glass (spectacle) plate, big- and small-end assemblies, S-tube wear sleeve and a seal set. Plan delivery-pipe life at roughly 25,000-30,000 m3 on standard C30 concrete; high-grade or abrasive mixes wear faster, so specify wear-resistant pipe rated for 50,000-60,000 m3 and stock spares before output drops.
Yes. We have our own offices and service teams in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Nigeria, Indonesia, Malaysia and India, providing operators, mechanics and training. Wear and spare parts are held in stock for fast delivery worldwide.
We respond to service requests within 24 hours. The onboard intelligent control system supports remote diagnostics and self-diagnosis, so faults can often be read and resolved without a site visit, and it logs running hours and fuel use to support planned maintenance.
Genuine manufacturing and quality defects are repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period - covering items such as seals, hydraulic valves, structural welds and bearings as applicable. Damage from misuse, missed maintenance, wrong or contaminated oil, foreign objects in the hopper, or unauthorised electrical modification is not covered. The exact warranty term is confirmed in your purchase contract.
