Where the SP50.10.82D fits in the TRUEMAX A9 trailer-pump range
The SP50.10.82D is the compact, entry model in the TRUEMAX A9 stationary concrete pump range, which has three sizes. As a small concrete pump at 49 m³/h and 10 MPa it is built for roads, bridges and light rail; the SP90.18.253D steps up to 90 m³/h and 18 MPa for mid- to high-rise buildings; and the SP100.23.360D reaches 100 m³/h and 23 MPa as the high-pressure model for high-rise concreting. All three share the same S-valve pumping system, open hydraulic circuit and diesel power — the difference is output, pressure and the height they are built to pump to. Choose the SP50.10.82D when the work is horizontal and ground-level rather than vertical.
How a stationary pump works in the concrete chain
A stationary concrete pump is the delivery link in the concrete chain. Concrete is produced at a batching plant, hauled to site by a concrete truck mixer, and then pushed by the pump through a pipeline to the pour. The SP50.10.82D is the pumping unit; the pipeline of steel pipe and rubber hose is configured to your distance. For placing concrete across a high-rise floor, a stationary pump is paired with a concrete placing boom, which distributes what the pump sends up the riser.
Stationary pump vs boom pump
A stationary or trailer pump (called a ground pump on many sites) pushes concrete through a pipeline and is cheaper, lighter and able to reach long horizontal distances or tight access — the right tool for roads, bridges and ground-level work. A truck-mounted boom pump carries its own placing arm and is faster for open, high-volume and elevated pours. Many contractors use a small stationary pump like the SP50.10.82D for infrastructure and a boom pump for building work.
