LP100.18.253D Truck-Mounted Concrete Line Pump — High-Volume Φ230 Pump

The LP100.18.253D is a truck-mounted concrete line pump — a pump mounted on a 4×2 truck that drives itself to site and delivers concrete through a pipeline rather than a boom. It pumps up to 100 m³/h at up to 18 MPa, fed by a large Φ230 mm delivery cylinder through a DN150 outlet, which makes it a high-volume pump for building work, slabs, foundations and long-distance pumping. Where a boom pump places concrete with an arm, this line pump pushes it through a line of steel pipe and rubber hose to reach places a boom cannot — around corners, into basements and over long horizontal runs.

Of the two TRUEMAX line-pump models, the LP100.18.253D is the higher-volume version: its larger Φ230 bore moves more concrete and suits long pipeline runs, while the LP100.23.360D uses a smaller bore at higher pressure for taller lifts. The brochure positions both for mid- to high-rise building work. Built and tested in our own factory in Haining, the LP100.18.253D runs an open hydraulic circuit on a Dongfeng or Sinotruk chassis and is backed by ISO 9001:2015 and CE certification and service in more than 120 countries.

Long-distance pumping is the strength of a line pump, but exact reach depends on pressure, mix design, pipeline diameter and bends — as a rule, concrete needs roughly 1 bar per 10 m of vertical lift plus friction loss along the line.
